Registration

Pre-registration is now closed, and day-of-event prices are in effect. If you plan to attend and haven't registered, we'd still appreciate a call or e-mail to let us know. If you've paid but haven't submitted your information yet, you can still do it using the online form

To register, each participant must both pay and submit their registration information. We prefer that you submit your registration information via this online form, but if you prefer, you may also print the form linked above, fill it out by hand, and mail it in. All participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver before participating, and a parent or guardian must sign for each minor.

Onsite registration will cost at least 50% more than pre-registration. Save money by paying by 9/29. If you are coming from outside the United States, you may pay in cash onsite for the regular price if you've let us know you'll do so and have submitted your information using the online form.

Team composition requirements:

  • 6-hour is open to solo participants and teams of 2-5; 12-hour and 24-hour are open to teams of 2-5 only (no solo participants)
  • Children are welcome to participate, but each team with any member under 16 must have at least one adult (18 or older)
  • Teams may be single-sex or mixed
  • Information on award categories can be found on the "Details" page

The early registration price is available to participants submitting payment and information by September 8 (received-by date).

The regular registration price is available to participants submitting payment and information by September 29 (received-by date).

Registration after September 29 may only be available at the event site and will include a significant (around 50%) surcharge. Late registrations are not guaranteed entry, but they will be accepted as long as extra maps and food are available. Payment for pre-registration may be made by mailing a check (see "Contact Us") or by using the PayPal buttons linked above to securely pay by credit card or electronic funds transfer. Individuals can pay for themselves or for others; we just ask that you include a note if you are paying for someone else, so that we know who. Payment for a whole team need not be made all at once; members are welcome to pay separately.
